In the winter, I am a sucker for throwing on some jeans, oversized jumpers and boots. This is usually how you will see me until its spring… This year I tried to rely less on the jumpers and come out of my comfort zone. Wearing
clothes that made me feel confident, sassy yet still stylish.
As I have previously mentioned in another blog post, Femme Luxe are my ultimate go to. They had me covered for all of my events during December including Work Christmas do and New Year’s Party. I always find that figuring out the perfect outfit can be tricky. ‘How dressy is everyone going?’ ‘Can I eat a three course meal and still sit down in this dress?’ ‘Are we going to town after the party?’. – Well girls, Femme Luxe has your back.
My top 4 outfits from the party season…
I have rounded up my favourite outfits from December, which are all from Femme Luxe.
This dress was about as extra as it gets, pink sparkles and organza mesh are always a vibe. If you want to get everyone’s heads turning, this bodycon dress is sure to make a statement, with the on-trend puff sleeves and the ruched detailing which is extremely figure hugging.
The after work drinks thing
This outfit was perfect for heading straight out to the bar. I absolutely love a blazer, and I am obsessed with this black blazer mini dress from Femme Luxe. I teamed up this black blazer with black coated jeans and a sparkly belt to add a touch of glamour. This party outfit truly meant business.
Casual meets dressy
This one is for the events you are unsure about… is it dressy, is it casual? Well this is perfect for any occasion. This top has got it all, grey, glitter, metallic and that super on trend mesh sleeve. I found this super flattering, even though I often struggle to style crop tops. I styled this gorgeous top with my coated jeans and oh boy did I get many compliments!
A plus one?
Want to look fire? Yet still look classy and extremely stylish? Well this outfit is for you then. This mini bodycon dress was definitely my favourite look from the party season. It features a ribbed pattern, with a wrap front and bat wing detailing. I paired this with some killer heels to create the perfect fire look. It was really that simple.
